Word of the Day Winner!

There were many interesting and creative definitions of the Word of the Day, tragematopolist, found here and here. Many played off tragedy and tragic: ascincoquinas thinks it s where tragedies are written, isa2 believes it s a tragedy writer living in Cuiab (capital of Mato Grosso), Matthew@ELSP says it s a Shakespearean cartographer, sarguero goes scifi by saying that it is a Jupiterian version of the Lost Colony on Mars, lady of roses claims that it s a Sophoclean scholar, Julie Karaban thinks it s a sad-faced police officer, and edrodmedina likens it to the fall of Atlantis.
A few others went different routes to their definitions: elderberrywine maligns a fellow ESLP contributor by claiming that he bought his degree at a substandard diploma mill, cunliffe says that it s a traveler who shuns rural areas and sticks to cities, florimago believes that it s a cop-killer, and douglas expresses the annoyance and desire to hurl tomatoes at survey takers.
However, I thought oumsalsabil s definition of a top-notch player of Tactical Rescue Assault Group was the most creative, and also tapped my love of games. So, oumsalsabil, you are the winner of the Word of the Day! Congratulations!
(The real definition is candy seller. So here s a video of Sammy Davis, Jr., singing about a tragematopolist.)
