Favourably.... as it describes how they will consider it. Favourable would mean the application itself was favourable.

and I would say "favorable", because if the application itself is favorable to them they should call me.
 
I guess both of them work.
 
PS-I would say: "...please call me"

"favourably" is the only grammatically correct solution in this case because you define the verb "to be considered"  and not the noun "application" (cf. cunliffe �s answer)

If you are asking as a lesson, then definitely use "favourably".
If, however, you are asking about how to say it in practice, the best choice would be to re-word it, because it doesn �t sound very natural.
