"We �re going to miss the last bus" is the better choice, but "We �ll miss the last bus" is also correct. It would sound very formal to say "We will miss the last bus".
Now, if it were made one sentence, the better choice would be "Let �s run or we �ll miss the last bus."

Use �going to � just for planned activities in the future. |

"We �re going to miss the bus" , definitely! It �s because in the context "missing the bus" is certain to happen. "will" is not used in this case.
