As Allan said, the verb should match the plurality of the first object in the list of objects. Therefore, if you changed the order then the verb changes. 

So, if you had two tickets first it would be, �Here are your two tickets for breakfast and your room key �. 

However, in this particular case, �room key � will have to come first as this object takes precedence in the order of things in this situation. If you are checking in to a hotel, the first thing you get is the room key and everything else follows; usually!
