As an American, I �d say �capris � (capri pants).  I �ve also heard �pedal pushers � but not from my generation Smile (I �m 25).

We used to call them �bermuda pants �. I thought it was giving away my age but when I googled �bermuda pants girls � I got quite a few pics similar to yours so obviously the name still works.

@Marion: in uni I also used to wear bermuda pants but I thought they shouldn �t be as slim fit as the ones in the pic. Actually, I think bermuda pants are more like what �s called "Tailored shorts" today but again that �s just my opinion, I �m not a native speaker.

I teach Fashion Studies (Sewing) in Canada and we would definitely call them Bermuda or Knee Length Shorts.  Capris, pedal pushers, are below the knee.  Cropped pants are longer than Capris. I don �t know the European terms because I teach North American terms.
