I�m looking for tried and tested �placement tests� for oral English.

There are three levels age 8 � 10 / 11 � 14 & 14+.  

They will be used for placing students in groups for after school

English lessons in a training center type environment.

Did you take a look at the placement tests on this site?
 
Also, if you haven �t already you could try googling as some language academies might have online placement tests.
