Still not allowed to upload a day later
 
Hi. I tried to upload a PowerPoint today.  I have tried twice now during the last 5 hours. It says I can only upload one per day. I understand and agree with this, but the last time I uploaded was yesterday so am not clear as to why it won īt allow me to upload now. 
The time I tried to uploaded today was similar to yesterday.
