ELOJOLIE274 is exactly right, but for even more completeness: clothing is an adjectival noun. Fashions is indeed the subject. Of is a preposition, of course, and today is the object of the preposition. Change is the main (and in this case, only) verb while frequently is the adverb that modifies is. The complete predicate is change frequently. |
