Hello!!
I �ve send a new ws 2 days ago and I still didn �t get the points. It is not the first time and I think I still have some points missing from other ws I �ve send. What is the problem???
What can I do to make sure I get the points after I send a worksheet.

I recently posted a powerpoint, and had 17 people download it, yet havent got the points for it!!! Not really understanding it! If anyone can help me would be great!

Dear xantal,
If you have a look at your points and add them up, you �ll see you �ve got 33 points. And that �s exactly how many you �ve got. So you haven �t got missing points.

Xantal, you only get points for materials that are downloaded by others.

I have the similar problem. Yesterday I posted some of my materials and I still didn �t get any points even though they have been already downloaded by others.
