Hi everyone I have a student who is 14 and has recently passed her PET exam. She loves reading fantasy YA books (in spanish) and I want to get her one in english so we can read together and discuss it in class. If you have any suggestions of easy to read fantasy/adventure/romance YA or childrens books please let me know.
Thanks

You should check out the Fablehaven series by Brandon Mull. It s easy to read and is a great fantasy story for all ages. You might also want to check out the 39 Clues Series by Rick Riordan - Starting with "The Maze of Bones". Finally, if it can be a little more spooky, have a look at Skeleton Creek by Patrick Carman which is a great blend of reading (the diary of one protagonist) and watching short online videos (by the second one).

May be "Mystery of the Unexplained" edited by Penguin? It s a level 3 Pre-intermediate. Maybe too easy. Other ideas in:
