Could you tell me plz why I couldn �t download any documents though I have more points .I tried to download a document ten times,but icould �nt and I lost the ten points, So could you help me . Thanks so much

@regueb Ahmed mostafa tried to download, not upload, so the size can �t be the issue...
@Ahmedmostafa, Are you sure it didn �t download? Maybe it did, but not to the folder you wanted. When I got my new computer it looked as if the document didn �t download. It didn �t even ask me to rename or specify a download folder. Finally I found them in the �downloads � folder that is a part of the �my documents � folder. Obviously the computer had default settings that moved everything automatically to that folder. Maybe something similar happened to you? |
