subject again after "and" ?

Hi. This is maybe a so simple question but here it comes. It s about sentences like this one:

"This camera comes in different colors and is easy to use".

Well, I think that it s incorrect, that it should say "This camera comes in different colors and IT is easy to use."

Is there any exception that allows the first sentence to be right?

What about this second case?

"Every morning, he takes a shower and after an hour or two goes to work."

I think it s not necessary to say
"Every morning, he takes a shower and after an hour or two HE goes to work."

Please tell me which are the 2 correct sentences, or if the two possibilities are right in each case.
Thanks in advance

"This camera comes in different colors and is easy to use". is correct. It demonstrates a compound predicate.

Compound Predicate

The compound predicate consists of two or more verbs that have the same subject and are joined by a conjunction such as "and" or "or":

"This camera comes in different colors and IT is easy to use." is also correct.

It is the same situation with the second pair of sentences.

"Every morning, he takes a shower and after an hour or two goes to work." is correct.

"Every morning, he takes a shower and after an hour or two HE goes to work." The second he is not necessary, but is also correct, if included.
