Which movies would you indicate?

Hello! I need to make a list of 10 English movies suitable to a high school ESL classroom. That means: easy language, interesting for teens, and carrying a good moral. To accomplish this task I d like to ask for your help, as soon as you re the specialists.

Have you watched a good movie with your class recently? All suggestions accepted.

Thanks in advance.

RADIO  (2003)   Should be a little difficult for the american english but I think is a good film to watch.

Radio is a 2003 film inspired by the 1996 Sports Illustrated article "Someone to Lean On" by Gary Smith.[1] The article and the movie are based on the true story of T. L. Hanna High School football coach Harold Jones (Ed Harris) and a mentally challenged young man James Robert "Radio" Kennedy (Cuba Gooding, Jr.)

Hi!
I recently prepared a video lesson for my upper-intermediate class and I used "Chef" (2014).

It doesn t carry any heavy messages like the film mentioned above, but it s interesting for teens because it has to do with technology, and it sheds some light on the father-son relationship.

The language is not particularly demanding and, although I only used a part of the film for my lesson, I think you may find it interesting.

Cheers,
Valentina

Teens would love "the hunder games", otherwise have you considered "the fault in our stars"? you also have "oblivion", "game change", "edward scissorhands", "maleficient"...

I studied "an inconvenient truth" and my pupils loved it.

edit: i saw "nowhere safe" not long ago and it could also be suitable - especially since its about cyber bullying and teenagers and they could really relate to the characters

English Vinglish: Money, fame and a knowledge of English. In India, these 3 factors play a huge role in how society judges an individual. English Vinglish is the story of a woman who does not know English and is made to feel insecure by her family and society at large. The film is a light -hearted yet touching and transformational journey of Shashi. Circumstances make her determined to overcome this insecurity, master the language, teach the world a lesson on the way to becoming a self assured and confident woman. The film is shot mostly in New York and captures the inherent struggle of many people all over the world with the English Language. Hilarious, touching, sensitive, this film marks the come back of India s biggest female star...Sridevi.
