Hi everyone!

 

Does anyone have or know of books / websites / worksheets related to the topics import/export/incoterms/shipping/orders/goods/telephone conversations/commercial trades...? I �m starting a training course about this next week (for adult workers) and I �m gathering as much information as I can about these topics, but I could really use a hand.
