Yes, it �s fine. She danced, or she did a little dance. It �s not a serious dance, as in �she danced in a competition �. More like she had some good news and she did a dance around the room. |

Do a dance, perform a dance, have a dance, or to dance In her delight she got up and did a little dance. May I have the next dance? I feel like having a dance. The pigeons are performing their mating dance. I hope the examples above will clear out any confusion over the word dance. |
