I would say lobby or lower level,depending on the building.

That �s an inclusive list from redcamarocruiser! I would say generally, it stands for lower. It is often combined with G as in LG Lower Ground.

In my experience working in hotels (when I was much younger), it would represent both �Lobby � and �Lower (Ground) �
