Both are correct, but I think it would be better to say either

The rain has washed off my spots

The rain has rinsed off my spots.

I have to agree with Bruce. "Erased" implies the existence of an eraser, and "wiped out" implies a cloth, rag, sponge, or similar item. "Washed" and "rinsed" both imply water, which describes rain perfectly.

agree with the above ....

I would use "The rain has erased..." in poetry-like expression:

"The rain has erased my memories.... "

I prefer the off at the end. The rain has washed my spots off.
