Hi everyone
 
I just stumbled across an excellent article by British Council on the above topic.  It has lots of stuff and a very good further reading list.
 
One idea I love is the one with students using Skype to call each other - a great way to practice telephone conversations at no cost.  I have never used Skype but I will be investigating it now.

it´s a great idea. I have been using Skype for 1 year but not for comunication with my coleques. My son is living in Valencia now because he is studying at University of Polytechnics. I use it to talk to him.
