Hello there

Please, I can say: " May I go to drink water? "
Is it correct? or the correct is only " May I drink water?

I m sorry, but neither is correct (grammatically, yes, but no one would say it that way)

We would say "May I get a drink of water?" or "May I go get a drink of water?"

Or in the UK, Can I have a drink of water?   Can i go and get a drink of water?

Bruce s version is very polite. Lynne s version is more common  in everyday language, in my opinion, in the US, too.
