Active games/songs for smaller

Can you share the ideas what do you use for 11 year old children in the middle of the lesson to move a little. I mean an active game or song, just for five minutes to move a little and then work again.

Hi! I took a course called TEK and they gave us a few ideas, you can check here:

Also you can do something very simple like giving them a sequence of comands like: stand up, shake you body, shake it, shake it and touch you toes.and so on. Or something more comlex like the song I m a prezel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=86eNym7JEoA
You can also ask them to take imaginary tours. Say imagine we are in the beach! what can we do there? Let s swim, surf, make a sand castle. Then change and ask a child: where are we today? Answer: in the playground! and continue the game. Another idea is to tell them a very short story that you can create, and ask them to act it out while they are  listening.
