which  sentence is more correct :
A : I must always be careful .

The word careful describes how you are being. The word always describes how often you are being.

I must always be careful is the correct one.
 
I must be always careful sounds like it was transformed to fit into a poem, but it is not the natural way we would speak it in conversation or other interpersonal interactions.

An adverb of frequency can go:
before the main verb
He always goes to work by bus.
They never go on holiday in winter.
after the verb beJohn is often absent from lessons.
They were usually on time.
after modal verbs should, can, could, etc.You should always turn the electricity off.
My boss can never remember my name.
Sometimes and occasionally can go in the front, middle or end position of a sentence.Sometimes she is late.
She is sometimes late.
She is late sometimes.

I must always be careful is the correct answer. First of all,this is what native speakers of English say naturally. Second, adverbs of frequency such as always ,should ALWAYS be placed between the auxiliary verb and the main verb.Hope this explanation will be of some help to you
