Hi there,

 I badly need the help of  teachers using the book above mentioned.  Does anyone have material for this book? Today I have started private tuition for a student covering this book. He has failed the whole course and has the whole workbook done. I �m a bit under pressure and after checking the website of Burlington for extra material for teachers, I have found out that the material is available just for teachers using the book in a school.
