why is here in 3rd person singular verb without s? is it a mistake or some special struvture??? I suggest he learn more. |

"He learn" is subjunctive mood. In this form we don �t add "s" ending as it has nothing to do with present simple. After the verb"suggest" you can have the following variants: suggest that he learn suggest that he should learn suggest learning Another example is "demand" They demanded that he (should) be on time. Also - subjunctive mood! |
