Well here is the ending of 3 different words :
Ragelast : that is to say this adjective qualifies people unable to accept they are to become old.
Cagelast : that is to say this adjective qualifies people who consider that old age is a trap.
Pagelast : that is to say this adjective qualifies only Wise people able to understand wisdom books.
But the meanings are so close that grammarians decided to create only 1 word from both 1st ones and it is AGELAST and paradoxically they kept the positive meaning : The older you become the wiser you will last ! |
