Hi everyone! Could you help me for the following sentence,please?which one is correct: -give it to me or give it for me? I don �t know exactly the use of "to" and "for". Thank you in advance. |

Yes, give it TO me. However, �give it for me �is also quite possible, for example, �Can you give her this for me? � You can see the difference in meaning there.

"Give it to me." "Hand it to me." "Pass it to me." (indicating a transfer of the specified object) but "Do it for me." "Make it for me." "Buy it for me." (as a service) |
