Hi dears. Is it correct ? ................ What ´s your tel?
                                                           for What ´s your telephone number ?

They correct way to ask is "what ´s your telephone number".
 
If you say just "what ´s your telephone?" feels like you wanna know the model of the cell phone of something like that.

It ´s also common to ask ´What ´s your number? � as saying telephone is often a redundancy in conversations when the context can be inferred.
