Hi, BRAHIM S
That s exactly what I meant and nothing else. Thanks all for supporting the idea (not the person).
Dear eng789, why don t you try to turn the page. It was a discussion that is over now. Unless...

I never said I wouldn t use the Canadian flag if we go with the idea.
Stop threatening me an start reading what I say. Politics is clouding your mind. Better yet, don t address comments to me.
I like the idea of 2 flags 1- mother country and 1- where I work.

Guys, guys, come on now. Remember, that we don t have tone of voices and facial expressions to help communication - so let s not nit-pick and flip out at each other. We ve all had a loooooooong week and finally we have the weekend to relax, kick the cat, break a window, scream at the TV and hang out! Ok?
(quick, someone tell a joke!!!)

It was not my intention to advertise anything
I just did not want to make a mistake when writing the users names I was quoting, so I opted for the copy and paste |

Dear, eng789
What is going on here (between us) is exactly what I meant by this: " I think also, this kind of
misunderstanding is quite often the result of the fact we don t
comprehend some specific aspects of the English language the same way
according to where we are from; natives or foreigners, teaching English
as a foreign language or as a second language..."
BTW I don t like, worse I hate politics and politicians

It means that ( although this system of communicating is very fast), we all need to slow down and read what eachother is trying to say and not jump to conclusions.

Where is your Homework?
Teacher: Where is your homework? Pupil: I lost it fighting this kid who said you weren t the best teacher in the school
(as if we teachers were born yesterday!!)
"I find television very educating. Every time somebody turns on the set, I go into the other room and read a book."
--Groucho Marx

This reminds me of the student who began his Middle Ages story with:
"He was a dark and stormy knight...."

Q: What s the difference between a teacher and a train?
A: The teacher says "Get that gum out of your mouth", where as the train says "Chew, Chew ".
