Here I �m again with doubts concerning terms that are very business-oriented vocabulary. How can I translate to French the term "administradora solidaria"? La persona es "administradora solidaria" por tiempo indefinido en una escritura fundacional y actúa ante los notarios en nombre y representación de una compañía mercantil. and how about the second part of following sentence in the same context? "Es copia integral de su matriz, obrante en mi protocolo general corriente." Thanks a lot in advance for your help. |

The 2nd part is :
FIGURANT SUR / INCLUSE DANS MON PROTOCOLE GENERAL EN USAGE / COURANT.

I have another puzzling sentence... "Los datos personales expresados en el presente documento han sido incorporados al fichero del Registro y a los ficheros que se llevan en base al anterior(???), cuyo responsable es es Registrador" The bold part is driving me crazy... |
