Welcome to
ESL Printables,
the website where English Language teachers exchange resources:
worksheets, lesson plans, activities, etc.
Our collection is growing every day with the help of many teachers. If
you want to download you have to send your own contributions.
Hi everyone...I have two 10 year-old groups of 25 students each and two
9 year-old groups of 30 students each. They are beginners and very
enthusiastic. I have presented a project and it was approved so I m
looking for a good and responsible teacher (as I think you all are) to
organise a letter exchange. Their
English is not very good but I wanted to make them write
about themselves, their families, their countries in order to show
their culture and to know a different one. Please send me a message because I m really looking forward to this project.
I know a couple of websites that sound perfect for you.
The first one is called eLanguages It s a .org kind of website, so
it s reliable. If you go to the "Find project" section, youll
be able to make a search to find a class to match your needs. The projects in
their data base cover almost every subject in the school curriculum so there
are plenty of things you can do through this website.
The second one is very similar. it is called epals.
It is not like some other ePals websites where anybody can contact anybody as
individuals. It is mostly for ESL learners and classes, or at least people
interested in class exchange experiences with ESLs. It works just like the
other one: Just go to the "connect" section and then youll be able
to find a class to match yours. It is very easy and for what Ive heard, it is
a good experience for everybody.
I hope this information can help you. Unfortunately I cannot offer you my own
class because my students are just like yours, just on the other side of Los
Andes ;-)
Hello! I have seen your message and I think it would be a good idea if your students wanted to exchange letters with my Portuguese students. I can talk to them on Monday and then tell you something on Tuesday. I have forty students from 12 to 14 years old. Are you interested?
