temporals + perfect

what is the difference

As soon as she has found (find) a new job, she will quit (quit) her
old one.

and

as she finds a new job, she will quit her old one.

When do we use temporals and present perfect and not present simple?

They are the same in meaning. The first one sounds a tiny bit more formal, probably because it has more words. Both forms are very common in the US.
