What does "seize the cray" mean?

Dear colleagues,

I m preparing a listening comprehension for this video for my upper intermediate students (the topic is "time" and "stress").
I can t understand the meaning of "seize the cray" at the end of it. Could anyone help? Thns a lot!

I m pasting the script here:

Organic Balance: Real Morning Report

Like most women in commercials, I love to start each day doing yoga in my underwear,

or journaling in my journaling nook

and eating a wholesome farm fresh breakfast with a tiny spoon

that I bought from a company that gives tiny spoons to underprivileged children.

According to science most professional women don t have time for any of that.

Not that we need research to prove it , but there s research to prove it.

57% of us are up before the sun is up.

21% of us check our work email before even getting out of bed.

What?

Let s go get that morning meeting.

9% of women cite dry shampoo as one of the greatest inventions of the 20th century.

I m done.

33% of us never make our bed

Like….ever.

21% of us have used an article of clothing to camouflage a stain.

Very nice.

Only 16% of women would describe their morning with the hashtag: #blessed

and that seems kinda high.

58% of women will swear at someone or something this morning.

Oh ___!

You know what 100% of us do have time for?

A real life Pinterest board?

Fermenting your own small batch kombucha? Crow pose?

No! An organic breakfast in a bottle!

Thats why we created Organic Balance.

Crow Pose!

A nutritious organic breakfast with 16 grams of protein and half the days calcium, so you can seize the cray.

It seems to be a play on the  saying "seize the day"
, but with a twist that underlines how crazy the life of the average working woman is.

Cray is the young people s way of saying crazy.

So, "seize the cray" would mean something like "Make the most of your crazy day (life)" or "embrace the craziness in your life", in my opinion.

Totally agree with redcamarocruiser re seize the (crazy) day

Actually, cray, as in the non-sea variety, is a new word for me. I googled it and found these fantabulous links about this cray new word that has hit our dictionaries

According to the first link, it is informal US, lingo and according to the third link it exists in my country. Cray but true!

Cheers
