Hello! I have lots of worksheets and flashcards in my computer with the extension .docx, and the minute I change the extension to .doc, the document becames unable to see when I try to send it to eslprintables. I have sent one but it was in blank...I �ve sent anyway to check if the error was in that particular time. Please help. Thanks. |

you can not just change the extension docx to doc..document...the system can not accept it... instead of it.. you must open the docx document and resave it in an old format .doc..use the menu file - save as and choose - an old version of the document..that is it..
