short adjective

Hello everyone! I m desperately looking for an adjective such as "big" or "slim" that has a double consonant in its superlative form. It isn t easy because this adjective should: 1) apply to people or to sth that can relate to people (eg the person with the neatest handwriting) 2) be positive in meaning 3) not refer to physical appearance The reason why I can t use physical appearance is that I teach a girl who has major issues with her body image. It won t do at all, even if it s positive :( Is anyone more inspired than me? Thanks and have a nice evening! |

Thank you Murielle but I can t see how to use these :( Maybe sth with "big", but what? It doesn t sound right to say "the biggest sense of humour" for example. I feel the solution is just under my nose, but I must be having a cold |

Funniest might work? Or does it have to have a physical attribute? |

Thank you for all your answers! I d rather avoid "the hottest person" and I don t think sth like "who has visited the hottest country" will trigger many reactions. Im not sure the class will react a lot to "whos the fittest?", but it would have been a good idea otherwise. I already have "the funniest" on my list and I m looking for an adjective which ends in just one consonant in its base form. "The biggest family" is great, but "the biggest collection of sth" is even better because I have several fans of Pokemon cards in this class and this question will definitely work very well !!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU again! Especially to kohai of course, but also to the other contributors. You re awesome Have a nice week!

I think "red", "fit" and "wet" are all excellent suggestions. Bruce

Yes - you could have the reddest sweater, the hottest schoolbag (in the sense of "fashionable"), the flattest fringe? |
