@ Bruce - I agree, but could the other option be possible? In �the test was administered to the experimental group, they are going to do the test. In �the test was administered on the experimental group � - some substance is being tested on a control group of people, or would the verb have to change? Just wondering... Edit: yes, I think the verb would be different, maybe �the test was carried out on...�
