please help me write the sentence:

1) He is too weak so he can�t lift the box. ->I wish .......................................................................................

I wish he weren �t weak sothat he can / could lift the box?

"I wish he weren �t too weak to lift the box" would be best.

"I wish he weren �t weak, so (that) he could lift the box" is also good. Definitely "could", not "can".

Also possible: I wish he were strong enough to lift the box.
