You �re right, Minka, I sent Oto 3 PMs. At last, he replied. He apologised and said he had been on holiday, out of Internet contact. He was returning Friday, 9th of June, late, and would see to it then. I �m sorry that I didn �t inform Members, but I �ve been working almost non-stop recently, on important work, and I �ve lost a lot of sleep.
