Dear collegues. I can not upload the ppt here as it is about 4 megabyte. How can I make it smaller? Thank you in advance. |

Hello! If your powerpoint has many images try to resize them to make them smaller. That �s what I usually do with my powerpoints when I use images. You can also check the size of the background by double clicking on it and resize it if need be. If it is still too big, try splitting it into two parts and upload one at a time. I hope this may help you! |

Hi, I had a similar problema and compressing pictures worked. Right-click on any one picture, slect "Format" and then on the top-left corner of the tool bar click on "Compress pictures". Important: DO NOT TICK the box saying "Apply only to selected images". Finally, click accept & save changes. Good luck! |

If you click on the "Tutorials" tab above (near the top of the page) there are a number of very helpful and easy to understand worksheets (free) that give you tips on how to reduce file size on your documents.
