This looks good to me.  -  You need to decide what you are trying to say in #3.

1.     My sister studies well / hard.  She will enter university next year.

     2.  This family enjoys activities at home.   They love each other.

     3.  *What does your mother always do with you and

your siblings?

*What does your mother always for you and your siblings?

* What does your mother always for with you and your siblings?

     4.  This is Johnny s family.  There are 3 people, his father, his mother and

           he.

      5.  Bob is a very diligent person. He meditates every night before going to

           bed.

#3, I would say either

1. What does (a) mother always do to her children? Answer Hugs them, bathes them, ect.

2. What does (a)  mother always do with her children? takes them to park, plays

looking back now I catch your mother, so I ve amended my first answers to

What does your mother always do with you (and your siblings)
What does your mother always do for you
What does your mother always do to you, (but for some reason this question can sound negative. What does your mother always do TO you.  In my humble opinion

Hope this helps, Belles

We talk about what a mother does for her children.
She gives them a bath,  she hugs them , she reads to them.
What does your mother do to her children to make them so respectful?
your siblings to make them so respectful?

4) This is Johnny s family.  It includes three members: his father, his mother and himself.

Just another pice of the puzzle.

For me the preposition makes all the difference in the sentence about a mother and her children.

If I say What does you mother always do to her children? To has a negative connotation generally. As in,  you see 2 children in a room, one is crying and the other looks guilty, you would ask the guilty one `What did you do to her? ` for example.

But if you see 2 children and one is happily smiling at the other one and saying thank you, one would ask `What did you do for her?`Generally a positive connotation.

This is one place where the wrong preposition can cause serious misunderstandings. Wink
