Hi all! I have just received a very kind message from Sylvie (pie-d-aignel) saying that I still have a copyrighted image on my "Classroom Language" worksheet. Once again, the boy with his raised hand. If anyone wants to report it I will understand. I really have to be extra careful with images I see on the internet because I didn �t notice it was copyrighted. Thanks for understand. jfaraujo

Oh dear, this is bad luck, as you had 50 downloads on the first one before it was reported, and 45 this time - it has been reported - and of course you will lose all those points.  It �s copyrighted to Discovery Education - why not drop them an email and ask for permission to use the image? If you do that, ask Sylvie, or any moderator to put a note on it and Victor may leave it while you get an answer. In my experience, people normally get back very quickly and I can �t imagine they wouldn �t give permission... Otherwise, I would leave that ws now if I was you... It was really good, but that �s life sometimes, babe... No points, but hey, go and have a few chocolates and a nice glass of something.  |

Discovery Education has free clip art for teachers and Boy raising hand is there. To find it, scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says Free teacher resources. Choose Clip Art, then Students then next page and you �ll see Boy raising hand. If this is the clip art in question for the reported worksheet, then the rules have not been broken. Cheers Jayho |
