When I try and up or download a teacher resource I get the message, "Missing Registry Information" "Required resgistry information is missing and this application cannot run. Please rerun setup to correct this problem" Does anyone know what I have to do?

Hi,
The best thing you have to do is to contact our webmaster as he is very good at computing. I am sure he will help you if your account has been used by someone else (?) for example or if he can identify the source of the problem.
Look under Privacy Policy. Just under Contact you have the webmaster email. On the left, at the bottom.

Hi, I think that error comes from Microsoft Word, not from the website. Are you able to open other word docs without problems? |
