Please I need some help with this sentences. I have found piggybacking, hitch-on, hitchhiker but I believe it is not the meaning. Afirmam que o objetivo é analisar o efeito “carona” no sistema de registro de preços da Administração Pública. The word that I got stuck is "carona". I think that the best collocation is "free ride effect". thanks for your attention. |
