Wonderful! I used to recite this when a nipper on threat of having a small but vicious piece of chalk thrown at me for getting it wrong. Slightly different teaching methods but I appreciated the poem all the same. Thank you very much! Actually, perhaps I could make some cards of similar poems and rhymes. Does anybody have any more to add?  here´s one
A sailor went to sea, sea, sea.
To see what he could see, see, see.
But all that he could see, see, see.
Was the bottom of the deep blue sea, sea, sea.
