Hi, Elena, Yes, it has its usual meaning of "throw". However, we native speakers really don�t think about the meaning of this tongue twister when we say it. It�s enough to know that it does have meaning, so we don�t visualize a fat rodent throwing pieces of wood around (if it could). Bruce |

Hi Elena, I used this tongue twister on one of my first eslprintables worksheets! You can see it here . To chuck something means to throw or toss something carelessly or casually. Keep an eye out for guitar playing woodchucks, as they might sing this tongue twister for you like a rap song!  Sincerely, kwsp
