nark is also used.

For tattle tale there is a singsong thing to torment them:

Tattle tale tit,
Your pants are going to split!

I thought  Nark was used in other context (connected with police and drug dealing)

So...is it used in a more general sense, too?

Thanks in advance

I have never heard -   sneak -  used for tattle tale.

snitch, tattle tale, stool pigeon, rat out  - are the ones I know.

nark  - tell on someone - regarding illigal activities

narc - tell on someone - regarding illigal activities - withregards to DRUGS.

Although Nark originally was used for drugs - the children in english speaking countries have a lot of influence from the american ´gang ´ culture and now use this to refer to anyone who tells on them in the playground.
