On the theme of Spain ...
There was a young waiter called Manuel At whom Basil would always yell Which Polly would continually quell While Sybil looked after the clientele At the wonderful Faulty Towers hotel Also, I have a printable called Rain in Spain with a Great Dane called Germaine that might be of interest. It is a crazy rhyming piece, about a holiday with a smelly dog, that I created for the cafe here on a dull and boring rainy day, and it was suggested I then make it into a worksheet (by Mariethe, I seem to recall)
