Thank you to the Competitors of the WOD Competition.
I enjoyed all of your witty contributions.
But, there can be only one winner.
"The 3rd meaning is "(International) noodles - diurnal ones - made by the Cistertians (monks)"
You can eat these noodles only during the day. But I dont know the actual reason for that, the mystery cannot be solved as the writing explaining that was burnt by the inventor while he was cooking the 1st dish of the Cistertian diurnal noodles...
It is said it might be some kind of secret medicine... Only God knows "
By her use of the word, "diurnal", Maryse almost revealed the meaning of the word, NUDIUSTERTIAN.
Why?
Because, diurnal is the adjective "daily", or "referring to the day".
And, NUDIUSTERTIAN means, "The day before yesterday", "two days ago".
Congratulations Maryse.
