Thanks very much to all who participated.

There were some great definitions and the competition this week was fierce but as they say, there can be only one, and with this definition:

A flabbergast is a fragrant, transcontinental wind that blows over to Europe from North Africa, bringing with it the scent of orange blossom and the smell of other fruit trees.

The real definition of flabbergast:

To cause to be overcome with astonishment; astound. [transitive verb]

It�s more common to hear the word flabbergasted:

[adjective] - affected with sudden and great wonder or surprise.
