Hi,
Victor was obliged to reinforce the firewall due to some bad intrusion. So now some things like pictures taken directly from the internet or smileys are no longer accepted.
If you want to introduce pictures you have to register them as word documents then you can copy them from your "own" document.
 
Let�s try and be patient.
