I have read some books that present the word hamburguer instead of hamburger. I´ve tried to figure out the difference however I couldn´t find anything that could explain it. Can you help me?

Must be a typo. The only accepted spelling is "hamburger". Cambridge mentions the alternative you provided as a common mispelling.
