It�s a British English or American English thing, I think. Brits would definitely say: Have you changed...?

"Have you changed" Because it´s something you did in the past but affects your present. And Americans use the present perfect all the time, even when they shouldn�t so...

Yeah and they don�t bother with the past perfect (pluperfect) either.
